New & open-box liquidation inventory.
Condition graded on every listing.
We carry two grades and nothing else: New / sealed and Shelf-pull quality. No salvage, no untested scrap, no mystery pallets. Every lot is manifested, graded, and listed against real retail.

What we sell
New
Unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Factory seals intact, cartons unbroken, full OEM accessories and documentation. Overstock, cancelled orders, and closeouts — not returns.
Shelf-pull quality
Open-box or shelf-pulled retail stock, inspected and confirmed complete. Expect retail stickers, opened or re-taped cartons, and light shelf wear on packaging. Product itself is unused and functional, with any exceptions written onto the manifest.
We do not list salvage, as-is, untested, or customer-damaged goods. If a unit doesn’t hold up to one of the two grades above, it doesn’t go on the manifest. Full grading standard →

What’s on the manifest is what ships.
We grade our inventory honestly, manifest accurately, and back it with a real dispute process — not the silence other sellers can give you.

Photo set documents actual lot condition: outer cartons, representative units, any flagged cosmetic notes, and the pallet as it ships. What you see is what tenders.

Condition Grading
Two grades. Every unit on every manifest is one or the other — and the grade is set before the lot is listed, not after a buyer complains.
New · Sealed
Unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Factory seals intact, cartons unbroken, full OEM accessories and documentation inside.
This is overstock, cancelled purchase orders, discontinued SKUs, and closeout inventory — merchandise that never reached a customer. It is not returns, and we do not grade returns as new.
- Sealed retail or OEM packaging, unopened
- All manufacturer-included accessories present
- Sells as new on Amazon, eBay, or a retail shelf without regrading
Shelf-Pull Quality
Stock physically pulled from a retail shelf, floor, or planogram reset — inspected by us, confirmed complete, and confirmed functional. The product is unused. The packaging has been handled.
Buy this grade expecting the marks a retail environment leaves behind. Anything beyond that list goes on the manifest as a line-item exception before you commit:
- Price stickers, clearance tags, and security labels
- Cartons opened, re-taped, or scuffed from handling
- Light shelf wear, corner dings, sun-faded box printing
- Generic or substituted outer box on some units
- Damaged, cracked, or non-functional units
- Missing components or incomplete kits
- Used, installed, or customer-cycled product
- Untested, as-is, or salvage merchandise
There is no third grade
No salvage. No as-is. No untested. No mystery pallets, no unmanifested truckloads, no “customer returns, sold blind.” If a unit doesn’t hold up to one of the two grades above, it never reaches the manifest — we pull it before the lot is listed.
That costs us margin on the acquisition side. It’s the reason you can price a lot from our manifest and be close on the first pass, which is worth considerably more to a reseller than a cheaper pallet full of unknowns.
Graded before listing, not after
Physical inspection
Units are counted and inspected against the source manifest on receipt. We work from what is actually on the pallet, not what the seller claimed.
Grade assigned per lot
Mixed-condition inventory is separated. A lot listed as new contains no shelf-pull units, and exceptions inside a shelf-pull lot are written as manifest lines.
Photographed as it ships
Photo sets document outer cartons, representative units, flagged cosmetics, and the pallet itself. What you see is what tenders.
Backed after delivery
Materially off-grade on arrival is a manifest discrepancy, and it is handled under the dispute process — not argued about.
Return & Dispute Policy
All purchases are made on a wholesale, all-sales-final basis. By completing payment, the buyer confirms they have reviewed the manifest, product descriptions, and images and accepts the lot as described.
The two grades we sell
Every lot ships as one of two grades — New / sealed or Shelf-pull quality. Niagara Frontier Supply Co. does not sell salvage, as-is, or untested inventory. For lots listed as new condition, we warrant that items will be:
- Unopened in original manufacturer packaging
- Consistent with the manifest provided at time of sale
- Free from damage caused by NFSC or its logistics partners prior to shipment
For lots listed as shelf-pull quality, we warrant that units are unused, complete, and functional, and that all packaging condition, missing retail boxes, and cosmetic notes are disclosed on the manifest before you commit.
If received goods materially deviate from the manifest, NFSC will work with the buyer to reach a fair resolution as outlined in Section 03.
What qualifies for review
- Manifest discrepancies — items received differ materially from the manifest (variance greater than 5% of lot value)
- Shipping damage — items damaged in transit, documented with photos at delivery
- Short shipment — pallet or carton count received is less than the bill of lading
- Wrong lot — a lot other than the one purchased was delivered
- Buyer’s remorse or a change in resale plans
- Resale price or market value below expectation
- Minor cosmetic variance within the stated condition grade
- Claims filed after the 5-business-day dispute window
- Lots opened, repackaged, commingled, or partially resold before a claim
- Normal shelf-pull characteristics already disclosed in the grade — retail stickers, opened or re-taped cartons, light packaging wear
How we make it right
File within 5 business days
Email the dispute with photos and the affected manifest lines within 5 business days of delivery.
Review in 2 business days
NFSC acknowledges and reviews the claim against the manifest and your documentation.
Proportional remedy
Partial credit, replacement units where available, or a refund on the affected portion — proportional to the verified discrepancy. The 5% variance threshold applies before a remedy is owed.
No chargeback shortcuts
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before completing this process voids eligibility for any remedy and may suspend the wholesale account.
Inspect before you sign
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
- Photograph pallets, cartons, and damaged items before unwrapping further.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer on delivery. Freight claims are filed with the carrier, and NFSC will assist with documentation.
Submitting a claim
Send order number, affected manifest lines, and photos to disputes@niagarafrontiersupplyco.com. We respond within 1 business day.
